Rhetoric: Why What I am Learning in Class Needs to be Applied to My Life

I am really enjoying my Modern Rhetorical Theory class. I think because it makes me think so much. I often sit in class and realize why I stink at arguing with people. I realize what I do in writing and spoken arguments that is useful as well. It happens almost every class. I think the things I am learning in this class will definately make me more marketable as an employee when I'm done with school. Being persuasive is important. And I have honestly started to think this class would be useful to more than just the people majoring in technical and professional writing. It would be useful to those who intend to go to law school. To anyone who plans on working after college.
