Baby Animal Days, Take Two

I forgot to mention this in my last post, but they had extended dates for Baby Animal Days since the weather was so bad the first weekend. So Elyse and Keegan and I went on Saturday. It was fun. Keegan loved the goats and lambs. He even poked one of the goats in the eye. He grabbed a duckling by the neck and tried to strangle it (not on purpose. You know little kids. They just don't get how to be gentle). He had fun riding the train and tried to climb in bed in one of the houses. He also got to try an oatmeal cookie and see how the blacksmith worked. There were baby turtles, but he was too scared to touch them. And he got to pet a bunny. It was a busy day, and very muddy and rainy (for part of the trip). But all in all it was lots of fun.
